We wanted to find a way of saying thank you to our candidates for their continued loyalty, as well as their help in spreading the word about Lighthouse Personnel to friends and relatives.
Here’s how it works:
To refer a candidate, simply talk to one of our wonderful team, or email the candidate’s CV/contact details to [email protected]
with the heading ‘Recommend a Friend’. If they get placed into a role by us within the next 12 months, you'll receive a £100 Love2Shop voucher on us!
There is no limit to how many great people you can refer – so there’s no limit to how many vouchers you can receive!
Terms & Conditions
1. To qualify the referrer must be a fully registered Lighthouse Personnel Candidate and the referee must also complete their registration.
2. A £100 Love2Shop voucher will be sent to the referrer electronically after the referred candidate has completed their probation period with their new employer (12 weeks).
3. The candidate referred cannot already been known to Lighthouse Personnel Ltd (this includes candidates that have previously applied for a role through Lighthouse Personnel, are registered on the Lighthouse Personnel candidate database, or have made themselves known to the business in any other way).
4. Lighthouse Personnel must place the referee within 12 months of your submission date otherwise vouchers will not be issued.
5. Only referrals made on or after 1st June 2022 qualify for this scheme. Lighthouse Personnel has the right to cease offering this or any other referral scheme at any time.
