Recommend a Client
We like working with great businesses, and we know that those great businesses likely know other great businesses who we will also want to work with. We recognise that referrals are a great way to do business and want to encourage our clients and service providers to continue to recommend us to other great businesses. As an incentive, we are now offering our clients and service providers 10% off their next placement through us following a referral under the following terms and conditions:
* In order to qualify for this incentive, a formal introduction must be made by the referrer via email to one of the employees of Lighthouse Personnel, with the potential referral copied in to ensure it is indeed an introduction. Following this, please then send a follow up email to the same Lighthouse Personnel employee to confirm it is a recommend a client referral.
* The 10% rate reduction will not be offered in addition to any other agreed rate reduction, UNLESS the 10% equals a higher rate reduction than the one already being offered (in which case the 10% will be offered to ensure the client is receiving their maximum reduction)
* You can refer as many clients as you like, receiving a 10% deduction for each referral given. However, you will receive the 10% rate reduction on each placement you then take on, NOT MULTIPLE RATE REDUCTIONS PER PLACEMENT YOU TAKE ON THROUGH LIGHTHOUSE PERSONNEL LTD.
* The rate reduction will be discounted from your next placement fee once we have successfully placed a candidate with the referred client, and the candidate has completed their first weeks' employment (not before)
* The referred client must be an entirely separate business to that of the referee - it cannot be a sister, parent, partner or other associated company
