Our client is an MSC level medical practitioner delivering B12 injections, health checks, private blood tests and vitamin drips, alongside a variety of corporate wellbeing training and support packaged. They are looking for an Administrator to support the Director of Wellbeing with a variety of duties as they continue to grow.

Job Duties

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, growing business offering a variety of wellbeing services. The role is to provide effective and proactive administrative support in a medical environment requiring strict confidentiality and a high-quality, person-centred service.
 
Duties (include but are not limited to):
  • Supporting the Director of Wellbeing with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ordering stock/medicines from pharmacies
  • Stock/inventory control
  • Diary management
  • Responding professionally to client enquiries
  • Scanning/uploading/shredding paperwork in line with GDPR requirements
  • Organising and updating appointment bookings
  • Supporting with training events and activities as and when required
  • Potential to support Director of Wellbeing with wellbeing responsibilities (following appropriate training and guidance)

Applicant Specification

  • 2 years healthcare/medical/wellbeing experience essential
  • 2 years of administrative experience essential
  • Must be IT literate and competent with Microsoft Office packages
  • An excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and competent working remotely
  • A criminal records/DBS check would be undertaken for the successful individual
