The successful candidate will be organised and efficient with a passion for creative marketing, looking to work in a dynamic, friendly team. 

Job Duties

  • Craft and execute ground-breaking marketing strategies that amplify brand presence and captivate the target audience.
  • Help increase sales by targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific customers/companies.
  • Carry out market research to identify areas to prioritise and aim campaigns at
  • Keep in regular contact with top customers, liaising with them to create joint marketing schemes, offers and deals.
  • Keep up to date with current marketing trends.
  • Use, analyse and research using website data and analytics, using this to help target specific companies with sales, offers and deals.
  • Managing Social Media pages, creating and updating content and responding to enquiries. 
  • Help increase sales by building on and creating strong relationships with customers. Regular contact is essential.
  • Work closely with sales team to target customers and individuals with relevant marketing material.
  • Innovate and experiment with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and platforms to keep ahead of the curve.
  • Continuously measure and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Be part of a young, growing and enthusiastic team

Applicant Specification

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing management showcasing a track record of driving successful campaigns and exceeding targets.
  • Creative mind with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals, copy, and experiences.
  • A strategic thinker who can navigate the evolving marketing landscape, adapting to new trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a knack for fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics tools to extract insights and guide decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Driving Licence required: No (although would be an advantage)
DBS/criminal records check to be carried out by employer: No
